NASCAR is a sport of excess, and really shouldn’t be allowed to continue, especially when people are paying over $4.00 per gallon. Each NASCAR car uses hundreds of gallons of fuel per race, not to mention tires, thus these frivolous uses of resources should be stopped. Also, sorry NASCAR fans, but it’s a sport of left hand turns, and nothing else. NASCAR and sports like it should really be suspended during times of economic recession.
