		<description>I think the idea of funding for schools is extremely relevant, but yes it will need to come from somewhere. It looks as though this tax money will be coming from those who have it though, as all the decreases seem to be on the lower end and the increases on the upper.</description>

While it may sound good to offer free or almost free education; that should immediately raise a red flag in people&#039;s eyes.  First off, it&#039;s only free for students, someone has to pay for it (tax payers), which is fine, funding for education is a very responsible act for the entire nation to take part in. However, with limited funds, are we really providing the best education possible? I highly doubt it.  This then might push parents into homeschooling, or private schools, still not releasing the burden of education costs.</description>
